He is also the CEO of Success With People, where his team organizes peer groups and provides hiring/employee assessments, coaching, consulting and professional speaking.
David has authored three books on leadership – Success With People, 40 Days to Success With People and Champions – 25 Life Changing Skills to Live the Career of Your Dreams. He has worked with over 2,000 technology solution provider organizations during the last ten years. His career in the computer industry began in 1982. His clients include Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, Ingram Micro, Tech Data, ConnectWise, Catalyst Telecom, CompTIA, Everything Channel, InsideNGO, Vistage and the Entrepreneur’s Organization members.
The 12-step Success With People system he created shows leaders how to positively impact the lives of all their employees. He knows that better employees lead to increased revenue, productivity, retention rates and growth.
