- This survey is offered to all employees of your organization.
- In November-December 2011 Success With People researcher/consultant has a conference call with you to provide an in-depth review of your survey results and assist you in determining how the results can improve your strategic plan.
- 4-6 Months later one of our consultants will follow-up with your survey champion in a one hour, phone coaching session. This provides support and guidance in implementing the action plans that were established as a result of the survey.
- In order to qualify as a Best Tech Workplace, your company's average survey score must be 4.0 or higher.
