In 2009 John Pearson introduced David Russell to Al Lopus, former Managing Consultant with Watson Wyatt and the president of Best Christian Workplace Institute. David realized Al’s survey engine and experience could be a catalyst for technology solution providers to more rapidly develop a company culture that hires, manages, develops and retains great people.
A partnership was established for Success With People to use the technology of BCW Institute to recognize technology solution provider organizations with exceptional people practices, similar to the Fortune Magazine's annual feature on The 100 Best Places to Work.
An added benefit is technology solution providers can benchmark their talent management processes against their peers, give participants with a clearer picture of their workplace environment, and identify steps that can be taken to become better stewards of their human resources.
We look forward to continuing to serve and improve technology solution provider organizations through our future research and consulting projects.
Success With People
Success With People began in 2004 as an outgrowth of David Russell’s book, Success With People – A complete system for managing people effectively in any organization. Our focus can be different than other coaches or consultants because of our high emphasis on systems for improving leader and employee performance.
